Minimum Mileage is limited to 300 km per day, also it depends on the city to city.

The mileage is calculated (in Kms) from the garage to garage (return/round trip). It is applicable to both Local (In-city) & Outstation (intercity) taxi services.

In the case of One-way trips, mileage is calculated (in Kms) from the source point to the destination point.

By ‘One Way trip’ we mean that there is one pickup point and one drop point. If there is more than one pick-up point in one way trip then there will be extra charges of Rs. 500 applicable for each point. The same goes with a drop point.

The business day for taxi rental starts from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (Calenderer Day). In case of an overnight stay, the driver is supposed to take a rest at night for at least 8 Hrs.

Even in AC cabs, AC will not be operated in hilly areas or when the taxi is parked or stopped.

There are several hill areas, where it is not allowed to play music in commercial vehicles, in order to prevent accidents, so our experienced drivers will follow all the local rules and regulations of the city.

Charges like toll tax, Permit Tax (RTO Tax), and car parking are to be paid by guests as actual.

Daily allowance for the driver (Driver Batta) will be charged additionally and it will cost 250 per Calenderer Day.

If the driver is asked to drive beyond the time duration of 8 hrs (from 10 AM to 6 PM), then overtime charges of Rs 250/- will be applicable.

The vehicle will go only on feasible routes. The driver is not supposed to travel across narrow roads or unsafe roads. We do not always rely on Google Maps as sometimes they do not predict whether the route is safe or not.

We will not be liable for any sort of compensation if the passenger misses the train/flight/bus. If the cab is not able to reach on time due to some unpredictable circumstances, the passenger shall make an alternate arrangement.

Passengers are not allowed to smoke or consume any kind of intoxicants inside the taxi. In this case, the driver has all the rights to ask the passenger to stop the use of such substances. The driver can also refuse to initiate the pickup if passengers are intoxicated or if they are misbehaving with the driver or other passengers.

Passengers are not supposed to use the vehicle in the city if it is booked for out of the station travel. We have separate charges for local city bookings.

Passengers are not supposed to overload the boot space with excess luggage nor they can force the driver to do so. It is also not advisable to keep any kind of luggage in the seating area.

Passengers are not allowed to ask the driver for boarding more than the prescribed number of adults in the taxi. As doing so, in a violation of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988s. The driver has all the rights to refuse such pick-up requests or ask such customer(s) to vacate the cab.

The driver has the right to refuse to entertain any request, made by the customer, which results in a violation of any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules. The driver has all the rights to refuse such pick-up requests or ask such customer(s) to vacate the cab.

After the confirmation from the passenger(s), the trip duration can’t be reduced. The duration can only be extended; it will imply additional charges and will depend on the availability of taxi and driver.

The passengers are not supposed to indulge in any of the following activities while in a taxi. In any of the following conditions, 20% extra will be charged.

  • Damaging or soiling the seats or any other interiors of the taxi.
  • Littering inside the Taxi.
  • Misusing or mishandling any of the electronic or other devices (technical/non-technical) in the taxi.

During the festivals like Diwali, New Year Holidays, Hill Station, Corporate, Wedding, Events & Random use, booking is subjected to the availability of the vehicle and the driver at the time of booking.

Cost may vary based on the change in govt. policy or petrol prices/taxes etc.

Other instructions:

Sharing Driver & car details – We will share the details about the driver and car, with the customer, an hour prior to the scheduled pick-up. An email or SMS will be sent to the customer regarding the same. If required, the customer can also get a call from our driver or executive to get the confirmation.

Non-receipt of the driver and car details – It does not happen generally, but if the customer has not received any details about the driver or car, till an hour prior to the scheduled pickup, then the customer is supposed to call our support team and ask for the information by confirming the booking reference number.

Payments to the driver - The booking voucher provided to the customer contains all the details of payments and services included in that payment. Any other charges apart from those mentioned in voucher such as parking, toll, and charges for extra duration or kilometers, etc. are to be paid directly to the driver. In case of any confusion or dispute, the passenger can contact our support team, mentioning the booking reference number and the subject of the dispute.

Any extra charges, if applicable, have to be paid (in cash) directly to the driver.

In case of unsatisfactory services – In case, if the driver refuses to deliver services or does not offer satisfactory services, then the customer can contact our support team. The customer should mention the booking reference number so that our support team can get the details about the driver, in order to assist the customer.

Point to be noted:

  • All the major monuments in Delhi are generally closed on Monday.
  • The Taj Mahal (Agra) is closed every Friday.
  • It is not allowed to play music in commercial vehicles, in some hilly areas, in order to prevent accidents.
  • Rohtang pass is usually closed on Tuesday.
  • Visit or access to Rohtang pass depends on permits issued by The National Green Tribunal (NGT).
  • As per the norms by the local union, cabs are not allowed to enter inside Jammu/Srinagar railway station or Airport. Passengers will be assisted to the taxi by our driver, by means of local transport.
  • At Pahalgam Taxi Stand, you will have to book local transport to visit places like Aru, Betab Valley, and Bisaran Etc.
